Renoncer à une étoile au Michelin pour écrire une nouvelle histoire unique ailleurs. C’est le choix qu’a fait la persévérante Karen Keygnaert. Cantine Copine est donc résolument un établissement hors du commun. Aussi gastronomique qu’à son époque Michelin, mais beaucoup plus relax. Une cuisine fantastique et sans chichis.
