Avec ses canaux et son architecture typique de l’époque médiévale, Bruges est une ville particulièrement charmante et une excellente destination pour passer un moment dépaysant, à moins de 3 heures de train de Paris. Nous y avons séjourné un weekend à la fin du mois d’octobre. Une période qui permet d’échapper à la foule sans avoir à affronter une météo trop froide.

It’s an easy enough journey – a couple of hours to Brussels on the Eurostar and then an hour by train (there’s one every twenty minutes or so) to Bruges. And, once in the City, it’s somewhere you can easily explore on foot.
