The ceramic designer, Sophie Watelle, is fascinated by light, white porcelain and rough black clay in their most simple form and she uses both of those materials to create indoor pieces such as tableware, lighting, tiles, vases, bowls and memorial objects. Whether these form part of her own collection, are created as items of commissioned work or are produced in collaboration with other Bruges makers, Sophie doesn't shy away from a challenge!
