Classic Bruges-De Panne

The Bruges-De Panne cycling race is being held in Bruges on March 23th and 24th, starting on the Market Square in the centre of Bruges. Several streets in the city centre are being made parking-free in connection with this event.

• Zuidzandstraat, Steenstraat and Wollestraat on Wednesday as of 8.30 a.m. and on Thursday as of 10.30 a.m.
• Nieuwe Gentweg (between Garenmarkt and Gentpoortstraat) on Wednesday as of 10.30 a.m. and on Thursday as of 12.00 a.m.

The 'Men´s race begins on March 23th on the Market Square at 11.55 a.m. and the Women´s race on March 24th at 12.45 p.m.

During the passage of the cyclists, the following streets along the route will be inaccessible:

Markt – Wollestraat – Eekhoutstraat – Garenmarkt – Nieuwe Gentweg – Schaarstraat – Predikherenrei – Kazernevest – Langestraat – Hoogstraat – Mallebergplaats – Philipstockstraat – Markt – Steenstraat – Zuidzandstraat – ’t Zand – Vrijdagmarkt – Smedenstraat – Torhoutse Steenweg – Loppem .

The route is made traffic-free as a function of the position of the cyclists. For the city centre, this will be done 15 minutes before the start of the race.
