Arentshuis (House Arents)
On the upper floor of this elegant 18th century city mansion with its picturesque garden the oeuvre of the versatile British artist Frank Brangwyn (1867-1956) is on display. Brangwyn was both a leading graphic artist and a painter, as well as a designer of carpets, furniture, stained glass windows, ceramics and jewellery. Even the glass cabinets were made to his design. The ground floor is the main setting in Bruges for temporary presentations of graphic works from the collections of the Groeninge Museum and the Print Room of Musea Brugge.
