Testing possibilities in Bruges

If you are staying in Belgium and have to be tested before returning home, according to the guidelines of your home country, you can do so in Bruges:

  • For a PCR test, go to the "Test and vaccination centre Bruges" in B-Park (Blankenbergsesteenweg 420, Bruges). The test centre is open every weekday and Sunday in the morning and on Saturday in the afternoon. Testing is only possible by appointment. You can make an appointment via the website https://www.testcovidnwvl.be/nl/ . You can apply for a CTCP code via Mijngezondheid.belgie.be. A PCR test costs 55€ and can be paid on site at the test centre. You will receive your test result within 24 hours.
  • For a quick antigen test you can contact the following pharmacists. The pharmacist will prepare a Corona Test Prescription Code (CTCP). After the test you will receive the code by SMS. Price: from 26,7€ (variable). You will receive the test result within 2 to 4 hours.

Foreign travellers can request the test result in the app CovidSafeBE or via mijngezondheid.belgie.be in the form of an encrypted QR-code (the European Corona Certificate). For this you need your CTCP code and telephone number. You will not be asked for an ID.
